This week's experiential activity isn't a worksheet. It's not a journaling prompt. It's five songs, some fresh air, and an intentional arc that was built to take you somewhere.
The FIRE PROVEN playlist walks you through five positions — from the honest, heavy place of costly praise all the way to the declaration of the person who came through the fire and discovered what held.
Let the walk be the journey.
Before you start:
Find somewhere you can walk for 20-25 minutes without interruption. Outside is ideal — a neighborhood, a park, a trail, wherever you can move and breathe and not be distracted. Leave the notifications. Just you and the playlist.

Read each prompt before you press play on that song. Let it be what you carry into the music.

Before you press play: What has praise been costing you lately? Name the fire you're walking through — or the one you just came out of. Carry it into this song.
Start walking. Let Brandon Lake name the costly place. Let the hard-fought hallelujah be yours.

Before you press play: Where have you been striving — trying to outrun or manage something you can't control? What would it look like to stop and let Him cover you right here, right now?
Slow your pace if you need to. Let the stillness of the song meet you in the movement.
Song 3 — "Promises" — Maverick City Music feat. Joe L. Barnes THE ANCHOR
Before you press play: What is the fire currently testing your faith on? What specific covenant truth — something He has always been — are your feet standing on?
Walk with the weight of the covenant. Let it be the ground under your feet — literally.
Song 4 — "The Lord Will Provide" — Passion/Brandon Wolfe THE CHOICE
Before you press play: What is the specific thing you cannot yet see the outcome of? What would it look like to declare "my Father has it" over that thing right now — from inside the fire, before the evidence arrives?
This is the turning point. Let the declaration rise as you walk.
Song 5 — "Faithful Then/Faithful Now" — Elevation Worship THE OTHER SIDE
Before you press play: What has the fire already proved in you? Not what you lost — what held.
This is the arrival. Let it land. Let the declaration be yours.
When the playlist ends:
Stop walking for a moment.
Ask yourself one question:
What held when everything burned?
Name it. Out loud if you can. Even a whisper counts.
