I've been in both places.
There have been moments where I called and felt nothing for a long time — and then something shifted. Not the way I expected. Not on my timeline. But He showed up. He always has.
And right now — building this arc every week with a disease that takes language — I'm in the "still calling" category more often than the arrival category. I'm doing what the arc asks in Position 3: gripping the promise. Trusting the testimony. "You heard Your children then. You hear Your children now."
"Same God" by Elevation Worship is THE MEETING — Position 3 of THE JESUS I KNOW NOW.
What makes this position land is that it doesn't ask for a feeling. It asks for a decision. To believe the same God who showed up for Jacob, Moses, Mary, and David is the same God who shows up for you — even when you can't feel Him.
That decision is the meeting.
