PROCLAMATION Position 4 - DECLARE: I Know A Name | Elevation Worship

What happens when you actually say it?

Not in your head. Not in a private prayer. Out loud. In the room. Where someone can hear it.

DECLARE is Position 4 of PROCLAMATION — and it's the moment the arc has been building toward from the first song. The memory happened. The call came. The fire refused to be silenced. And now — the mouth opens.

"I know a name that can silence the roaring waves. I know a name that can empty out a grave."

That's not a theological position. That's a declaration. First person, present tense, spoken out loud: I know a name.

And then: "Something comes out of the grave every time I call Your name."

Every time.

This is what PROCLAMATION has been trying to say from the beginning — the name is not passive. The declaration is not just an expression of personal faith. When the name gets spoken into the room, something happens. Chains break. Dry bones wake. The gates shake.

The voice that was private becomes public. The faith that was contained gets released into the air. And it does something.

Most of us underestimate what happens when we actually say the name out loud — not in a context designed for it, not on Sunday morning when it's expected, but in the ordinary rooms of our ordinary lives where it's not.

That's the declaration PROCLAMATION is asking for.

Not the platform. The room you're already in.

What room do you need to say the name in this week?
