"Used By You" doesn't stay in the abstract. It gets specific: "Trying my own power to orchestrate my life... thought that independence could leave me satisfied. No, that's not how you work. You showed me the truth. Can't be my own god and be useful to you."
That's the turn the whole arc hinges on. It's not just distraction or bad habits keeping you stuck — it's that you've been quietly, constantly trying to run your own life like you're the one in charge of the outcome. Not loudly. Not on purpose. Just every time you trusted your own strength over asking for help.
Romans 8:32 says God, having given His own Son for us, will graciously give us all things along with Him. The point isn't that you finally got smart enough to plan your way to peace. It's that the throne was never yours to sit on in the first place — and getting off it is the moment everything else in this arc becomes possible.
