THE EVEN NOW PRACTICE, Touch Three — STAND UP, ON PURPOSE.
Friday you got down and named the room. Monday you said the honest sentence out loud. Today, find a moment — alone or with someone you trust — and physically stand up from sitting or kneeling. As you rise, say out loud: "Even now."
If you're comfortable, do this with someone else in the room — a spouse, a friend, your Text Circle. Let them witness the standing, not just hear about it later.
This is a physical enactment of the whole arc: you fell, you named it honestly, you chose again, and now — on purpose, not because the feeling arrived first — you're getting up.
Share in the Group if you're willing — even just "I stood up" is enough.
