Most of us handle noise by trying to out-manage it — one more system, one more plan, one more way to control the volume. This song does something different. It doesn't ask you to fix the noise. It asks you to go quiet enough to hear the voice that was never shouting in the first place — the one that only ever says two things: be still, and know.
You don't need the noise to stop before you can hear Him. You just need to stop long enough to remember whose voice was underneath it the whole time.
