This week's Experiential Activity: SIT IN THE HALLWAY.
This week's arc doesn't ask you to rush past the waiting — it asks you to actually sit in it. So today, find an actual hallway, waiting room, or in-between space — even just the hallway in your own home — and sit down in it for five minutes. No phone.
Don't use the time to plan, fix, or figure anything out. Just notice what it feels like to be in a space built for passing through, and to stay there instead.
Then say one sentence out loud: "You're still God in the hallway."
That's it. The point isn't to feel resolved by the end of five minutes. The point is practicing the belief that the waiting itself isn't wasted space — it's a place He's still present in.
