This week's experiential activity: THE WALK BACK.
Mark a path — tape on the floor, a hallway, whatever space you've got — with one end as "the start" and the other end marked "home."
One at a time, walk the path slowly while whoever's with you watches quietly.
At the far end, someone's standing there, arms open, and says simply: "Welcome home." No script beyond that.
That's it. No writing. No explaining the road behind you. Just being watched walking — and being met at the end without having to account for the detour.
If you're walking through this alone this week: stand at one end of a room, picture the far end as home, and just start walking. Slow. Let it be what it is.
This is what THE DOOR IS OPEN feels like in your body, not just in a song.
