This week's challenge is THE EVEN NOW PRACTICE — three touches across the week, built around a physical posture instead of an object: kneeling, then standing.
Touch One — GET DOWN. Today.
Find a private moment — your bedroom, your car, wherever you can be alone for two minutes. Physically get down — kneel, or sit on the floor.
Silently or out loud, name the specific "same room" you keep returning to — the thing you've said "never again" about more than once.
Stay down for one full minute. Don't rush to stand. This touch isn't about the standing yet — it's about being honest about the room while you're still down in it.
Touch Two is coming Monday.
