TOUCH ONE — NAME THE ROOM.
Before anything can be interrupted, it has to be named honestly. Write down — actually write it, don't just think it — the thing you've built to keep yourself contained. What did you call it while you were building it? Protection? Coping? Just how you deal with things?
Call it what it actually is instead: a room. And you're the one who's been living inside it.
Don't rush to fix it yet. Just name it. That's the whole touch.
