Turn to one person — in person, by text, however feels honest — and tell them, out loud, what you named and released this week. Then name one place, even small, where you've already started to see the "more" of leaning elsewhere show up because of it.
This is the whole point of OFF THE THRONE, OUT LOUD: surrender that stays private tends to quietly slide back into the same old grip. Surrender that gets said out loud, to another person, has somewhere to be held accountable.
