That's not naive. That's what the sending actually sounds like from the inside of someone who has been through everything this arc has put them through. It's not a first-day declaration. It's the yes that comes after the hunger, after the inadequacy, after the fire has been burning long enough that obedience becomes the only option that makes sense.
