Y'all know the story by now.
May 13, 2021.
I died.
And Jesus sent me back.
I was angry about it. Not at God — I couldn't get there. But angry at being back. Angry that the peace I'd felt in those moments was over. Angry that there was more here to do.
And grace found me in that anger.
It didn't wait for me to get my theology straight. It didn't wait for the anger to resolve. It didn't wait for me to show up with clean hands and a grateful heart.
It found me in the middle of the mess. Right where I was. Angry and disoriented and not sure what any of it meant yet.
That's the thing about FOUND BY GRACE — it doesn't find you at your best.
It finds you right where you are.
And it says: I'm not leaving without you.
