Book JDOT Pine
Music-based discipleship. Authentic storytelling. Transformational teaching.
On May 13, 2021, JDOT Pine died, experienced Heaven. Then felt Jesus place His hand on his face and say, "There's still so much for you to do."And sent him back. JDOT didn't choose it. He came back angry, confused, struggling with depression—yet somehow still trusting God. Over the weeks, months, and two years that followed, he wrestled with the question that haunted him daily: Why would God show me Heaven and then send me back to this? But slowly, God began to heal. And slowly, He began to reveal what He was asking of JDOT. That assignment became The JDOT Five—a music-based discipleship ministry that points people to Jesus through the music they already love.
Living with Primary Progressive Aphasia (PPA)—a neurodegenerative brain disease that's slowly taking his ability to communicate, think, reason, and make decisions—JDOT creates with urgency. Every theme. Every song. Every message. The timeline is shortened, but the assignment is clear. Whether through keynote speaking, worship experiences, or leadership training, JDOT's heart is simple: point people to Jesus and help them encounter Him in the music they already love.
