A done-for-you, text-based group journey through music and Scripture.

Your People Are Already on Their Phones. Meet Them There.

No room to book. No slides to build. No prep night.

Just a group thread, a song a day, and seven pre-written texts that take your people from the night the floor drops out — to a morning on dry ground.

THE JDOT FIVE TEXT CIRCLE is the simplest way to lead people through a meaningful arc together.

Here's How It Works.

You download the leader guide. You start a group text. Every morning for seven days, you copy one pre-written text and paste it into the thread.

That's it.

Each text has a song link, a short thought on why that song matters for the arc, and one question — either to reflect on privately or respond to in the thread. Some days are built to be shared. Some are built to stay between your people and God. And one day ends with your whole thread holding up stones — the guide shows you how.

By Day 7, your people will have walked through something real together — without anyone leaving their house.

This Week's Theme: DRY GROUND.

Most of us have spent a long time asking God to get us out of something. This week is about what He gives us instead.

DRY GROUND is for the one who just got the phone call. For the one carrying a question nobody can answer. For the one who's quietly decided their hard season is their own fault. And for the one who feels like they're slipping and hasn't said it out loud.

Most people in your group thread are carrying at least one of those. Almost none of them have said it out loud.

Five songs. Five intentional stops along the way. Seven days.

The arc begins in the first raw hour after the floor drops, with a choice about which way to run. It moves through the long nights of why, to a love that doesn't need an explanation. It names a hard truth — that sometimes deep water means you obeyed, not that you wandered — and changes the prayer from "get me out" to "anchor me." It meets your people on the slipping days with a grip that was never theirs to begin with. And it closes at daybreak, looking back at a sea crossed in the dark.

The songs are curated in a specific sequence for a reason. Each one opens something the previous one set up. By Day 7 your people will have walked through an arc that takes them somewhere real — not just listened to a playlist.

From the night the floor drops out — to a morning on dry ground. He doesn't drain the sea. He splits it. That's DRY GROUND.

Who This Is For.

Friend groups — a handful of people doing something intentional together without needing to coordinate schedules.

Co-workers — a workplace group text that actually goes somewhere real for one week.

Small group leaders — a lower-lift option between sessions, or a standalone week for a group that needs something accessible.

Anyone walking with friends through a hard season — a gentle, structured way to stay close to people in deep water.

Anyone who wants to lead something meaningful — without a lot of infrastructure around it.

If you have a group thread and 2 minutes a day, you can lead this.

This Comes From a Life, Not a Curriculum Department.

On May 13, 2021, JDOT Pine died. Jesus sent him back with five words:

"There's still so much for you to do."

He came back to a calling that made no sense in a body already failing. Primary Progressive Aphasia — a condition that slowly takes language from a man whose entire ministry runs on it.

JDOT said yes to Jesus — and the yes led into deep water. He's prayed for a way around. What he's received instead is a God who keeps putting ground under his feet, one step at a time, right in the middle of the sea. He didn't wander into this water. He was sent into it. And he's learning, week after week, that God doesn't drain the sea. He splits it.

THE JDOT FIVE TEXT CIRCLE is built from inside that story. Every text. Every question. Every song in the sequence.

Somebody in your thread is standing in deep water right now. Your two minutes a morning could be the ground under their feet.
